Pedro Torres has been working in the Alicante property market for over fifteen years, first as a bilingual negotiator for a major coastal developer and later founding Legado Inmobiliaria to serve the growing community of non-resident buyers looking for a trustworthy, end-to-end partner.
The company operates on a 360° model: rather than simply showing properties, Legado coordinates the full purchase journey — from initial shortlisting and financing through independent legal review and notary completion.
