Pedro Torres has been working in the Alicante property market for over fifteen years, first as a bilingual negotiator for a major coastal developer and later founding Legado Inmobiliaria to serve the growing community of non-resident buyers looking for a trustworthy, end-to-end partner.
The company operates on a 360° model: rather than simply showing properties, Legado coordinates the full purchase journey — from initial shortlisting and financing through independent legal review and notary completion. Buyers avoid the fragmented experience of dealing with four or five separate professionals who don't communicate with one another.
Pedro holds a valid RAICV registration (Registro de Agentes Inmobiliarios de la Comunitat Valenciana), the official licensing body for real estate professionals in the Valencia Community.
