Communication system for regulatory compliance
Internal Information Channel
In compliance with Spanish Law 2/2023 of 20 February on the protection of persons who report regulatory infringements, Legado Inmobiliaria makes this internal information channel available.
This channel is intended to report possible infringements of applicable regulations, particularly regarding the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing (Law 10/2010), as well as any other irregular conduct that may affect the company's activities.
Legal framework
Use of this channel is governed by Law 2/2023 (transposition of EU Directive 2019/1937) and Article 26 bis of Law 10/2010. Communications received will be treated with strict confidentiality. Whistleblowers will be protected against any retaliation in accordance with Article 36 of Law 2/2023. Communications will be acknowledged within a maximum of 7 days and managed within a maximum of 3 months.
